Why This Summer’s On-Ramp Program Is the Best Time to Start CrossFit


Starting CrossFit can feel intimidating — especially if you’re brand new to strength training or haven’t worked out in a while. That’s why we created something special just for beginners this summer: a one-time, small-group 9-session On-Ramp Program that will help you build confidence, learn the basics, and save money in the process.

From July 28–August 15, we’ll meet 3x per week in a small, supportive group setting — giving you more time, more coaching, and more value than our traditional 5-session On-Ramp.

You’ll learn everything you need to get started safely and confidently, including:

  • Proper movement technique (lifting, squatting, pulling, pushing)
  • How to scale workouts for your level
  • CrossFit terminology + how classes are structured
  • How to approach workouts without burning out

This is the only time this year we’re offering this expanded On-Ramp — and spots are extremely limited.
